College Advisory Program Director
Josh has been involved in soccer for 30+ years. Tyler is entering his 20th year coaching high level women’s soccer. He coached St. Charles Community College to a 41-11-3 record, Region XVI Championships in 2014, 2015 and 2016, along with being awarded Region XVI Coach of the Year in 2014, 2015 and 2016. He left St. Charles having coached 25 All-Region and All-American players, leading the team to their first National Championship berth in 2014, finishing 9th in the country.
Josh was Assistant Women’s Coach at Division II, University of Missouri-St. Louis and a Staff Trainer and Coach at Missouri Rush Soccer Club where he coaches an 2006 & 2003 Girls Team. He lives in St. Charles, MO, with his wife Emily and their two boys, Jackson and Harrison, who are involved with the Youth Development Program at Missouri Rush.
Josh’s passion lies with helping players understand the recruitment process. As the CAP Director for Rush Soccer, his biggest goal for the program is that it would provide any Rush player interested in attending college with the necessary information and resources to achieve his/her desire to do that. The CAP Program wants college coaches to think of Rush Soccer first when they start thinking about their needs for their recruitment class.
